Refund and Returns Policy

    At PouchHub, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the nature of our items and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure all our customers receive untouched, premium-quality goods.

1. All Sales Are Final
    Because our products are perishable and for personal use, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, flavor choice, or strength. We encourage our customers to double-check their cart before completing the purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Only)
    In exceptional cases, we may accept a return only if the following conditions are met:
    • The product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
    • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • The items were not part of a “Final Sale” or clearance promotion.
    Note: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if we accidentally shipped the wrong product:
    • Please contact us at admin@pouchhub.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package.
    • You must provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and the original packaging.
    • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a store credit at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
    • Any item where the factory seal or individual tin has been broken or tampered with.
    • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
    • Items damaged by the customer’s handling.

5. Refund Process (If Applicable)
    If a refund is approved by our support team:
    • The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card).
    • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Order Cancellations
    Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left our fulfillment center, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
